International Shipping
We provide international shipping to most countries worldwide !
International Shipping costs and delivery times will be shown at checkout.

   • For most locations we offer Free Standard Shipping for orders over 150$ (Please
note: Prices are set in ILS (Israeli Shekel). The USD amount shown is indicative only
and may vary depending on the USD/ILS exchange rate).
   • Countries Not Listed at Checkout: If your country does not appear as an option
during checkout, please contact us at shipping@sivanmiller-jewelry.com for
assistance.
   • Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees,
taxes, or duties required upon delivery.

Shipping Times, Delays, and Lost Packages

   • Lost Packages: If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at
shipping@sivanmiller-jewelry.com, and we will work with the carrier to help resolve
the issue.
   • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders
placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping
Confirmation email with tracking details.
